Loews Hotel

Loews Annapolis Hotel is a luxury destination located near the Chesapeake Bay in Annapolis, Maryland. Littman Brands Contract assisted with their lobby renovation, manufacturing a chandelier for the space with their Troy Custom Design Studio arm. The design goal of the centerpiece was to complement the lobby’s contemporary décor and nautical black, white, taupe, and navy blue color scheme, as well as help anchor the orientation of the front desks to the entryway doors, according to the design team at RTKL Associates. The result is a 9’-diameter drum-shaped lighting fixture with see-through metal mesh surrounding the exterior. A 4’-diameter inner ring holds fourteen visible 40W filament bulbs with white candle covers. The chandelier is done in a bronze-like, dark graphite finish. The fixture is visually impactful, said the RTKL team, yet not so heavy in appearance that it overwhelms the space. It also complements a glass tile mosaic set behind the front desks. The piece was built at Troy Custom Design Studio’s 200,000- square-foot manufacturing facility located in City of Industry, California.

2022 has been a great year for us, and we’re so thrilled you’ve been a part of it. With continued growth, comes the need to modernize our internal systems to best serve you. We have invested in a large system update to ensure a smoother, faster, and easier HVLG experience. Due to this update, our systems will be down from December 1st through December 6th. What does this mean for you?

HVLG will not be able to ship new orders during this time.
We can accept orders, but not process or ship them. Orders will be processed in the order they were received post-go-live. Existing orders that have to be re-entered will be processed first.
All orders must be submitted by November 30th at 2 pm EST/ 11 am PST to meet our system update cut-off deadline. Our goal is to ship all in-stock orders placed before these times.
Our website will still be available to view product details, stock status, and pricing, but we will not be accepting online orders.
You can track existing orders on hvlgroup.com. We cannot guarantee orders placed on 11/30 will be available for online tracking through our website.
We cannot accept payments or returns.
Our wonderful Account Management team will still be available to resolve any issues, but please note they are working with limited capabilities.
Once our updates are complete, we will have a brand new, state-of-the-art system and website.
Don’t worry, the website will have a new look and feel, and be smoother and faster, but the same functionality will exist. You will also see a new “My Account” page where you can easily track orders, submit payments, and begin the returns process.
